![]() Visualization, a form a mindfulness, is a powerful force that can enable healing. I believe its power is sourced from this universal energy force. Guided imagery may be used to visualize healing in the body, such as cells attacking cancer, symptoms resolving (such as the pain of a headache being released), or changing poor health. We have enormous control over our health, right inside our own thoughts and feelings. I do pray from time to time, and believe in its power.
